The ultimate package for pregnant families looking for sovereign support. Please note that I am not yet licensed as a Certified Professional Midwife. I currently support families as a traditional midwife and birth keeper.

Services for Families and Women
Traditional Doula Support
A sacred and safe approach to physiological birth. At least 3 prenatal appointments, hand crafted herbal remedies, learn palpation, ongoing support, active labor support, immediate postpartum, at least 1 home visit, handmade journal, placenta examination, self-advocacy education, support team coaching, on-call at 37-42 weeks. This is ideal for at-home or a birth center, but can be provided for hospital births.

Build Your Postnatal Medicine Cabinet
Our community midwives understood the power of plants, so can you. During our sessions, we will help you create your medicine cabinet by filling it with herbs that support postpartum, menstruation, lactation, and/or menopause. I will guide you through choosing the right supplies, plants, and season to get started.

Birth Listening Session
No matter your birth outcome, your experience deserves to be witnessed. Use this time to process your birth with a traditional midwife who understands your needs and facilitates closure in a confidential environment. You will receive a digital midwifery care package to support your healing journey. There is a space for you.

Postpartum Support
After crossing over into parenthood, we integrate. Hire me to support you and your newborn during the first 40 days of your postpartum period. Together, we will develop your postpartum plan that includes 30 hours of in-person support that can include uterus support, vaginal steaming with organic herbs, lactation support, herbal baths, bodywork, meal prep & delivery, home cleaning, overnight newborn support, and more.

Placenta Encapsulation, Prints, and Tincture
Multiple packages and services available.
The placenta is my favorite organ. It’s role is so vital to pregnancy that it should be honored after the baby is born. This service includes a safe pickup from the hospital, birth center, or home. Within 48 hours I will safely prepare:
Placenta encapsulation using the Traditional Chinese Method or Raw and packaged (an additional $100)
Placenta prints and umbilical cord keepsake with local dried flowers
Tinctures (an additional $50)

Birth & Postpartum Ceremonies
All birth and pregnancy outcomes should be honored. This service includes a personalized 2-3 hour ceremony for one of the following:
Blessing the Mother & Baby
Placenta Burial or Planting
Honoring loss from abortion, miscarriage, or stillbirth
Postpartum Baths or Vaginal Steams
Closing the Body
